Returns + Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit for any return if the item simply wasn’t to your liking.
You can follow the steps below, and once we receive the package safely back at our studio, we will email the store credit to the email associated with your order right away.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
1. Please return the item within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your full name and order number.
2. We can only accept returns on items in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or scents.
3. You have 10 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark and return your item.

5. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the return. So we recommend using a tracked method of shipping.
If the item is faulty or we have accidentally sent the wrong item. We will gladly cover any shipping and handling charges to return any faulty items and will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Please email us as at email@example.com as soon as you receive the faulty item so we can start the exchange process.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit to be fully processed. Once it has been processed we will send you an email so you know it’s on its way. Any items purchased that are on sale or marked final sale are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
