As a small, slow fashion studio, we produce thoughtfully and in limited quantities. Because of this, we kindly ask that returns be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.

We offer exchanges or store credit only for eligible returns.

If something isn’t quite right with your Kepola piece, you may return it within 10 days of the date your order is delivered. Once we receive the item safely back at our studio, we will issue store credit to the email associated with your order.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Include your full name and order number inside the package so we can identify your return. Without this information we cannot issue store credit.

Items must be returned in new condition, with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or scents.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process returns that do not safely reach our studio.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or we have accidentally sent the wrong item, we will gladly cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Please email us at hello@kepoladesignhouse.com as soon as you receive the item so we can begin the exchange process.

Processing Time

Once your return has been received, please allow 5–7 business days for your store credit to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been issued.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased on sale, with a discount, or marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
