As a small slow fashion studio, each order is carefully prepared and packed by hand from our studio in Hawaiʻi.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. During busy periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that once a package leaves our studio, delivery times are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Kepola Design House is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Kepola Design House cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kepola Design House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
